Landing in Vietnam

I still remember for my first time landing in Vietnam.I take VIP ticket by Thai Airway on August 2006.I and My senior Mr.Mai takeoff at Donmuang Airport 8:00 AM and landing at Ton Son Nhat 11:00 AM around 1 hour fly.I don't know anything about this country,but still think that I should bring Chinese guide book for help myself.At Ton Son Nhat Airport I met Mr.Pat let say he is manager site our Project Construction after we have discuss I never use my Chinese guidebook again because in Vietnam mostly they speak Vietnamese that So difference with Chinese and English also no more people there speak.I take a look around Hochiminhcity have many Motocycle the most car are TAXI and at lunch time have traffic jam from motocycle ,but motorcycle still go on without traffic light and lady riding motocycle wear suit same as Arab lady. We have discuss with Mr.Pat along time on the way we go to the site construction in Binh Doung Province(far to the North of Hochminhcity 30 Minute).

Vietnamese Economic

For every community culture not only thai.We have differ a bit each other although we are Asian.Vietnam is the one country have start developed economic same time as thailand,but in the War indochina and Vietnam War detroy and hold everything late developed.Vietnam have change Policy politic from King to Republic Communist until China open the gate with new policy open more investor and support industrial .Vietnam also have policy "Doi Moi" follow china after 2-3 years later Vietnam become to the 2nd country have high rate GDP in Asia.I think this is not good signal for Thailand.I think some condition policy not support industrail and I known that our Labor cost and initial cost we have higher than Vietnam including politic policy also.Not far year We can see Vietnam will grow up in time same as Thailand

Life on Motocycle

วันนี้มีคำสนน่าใจมาเสนอ "Trơi ơi "
Trơi ơi หรือ เจ่ย เอย เป็นคำสบถ บ่นพึมพำ เหมือนอย่างที่คนไทยเราบ่นกันว่า "โถ่ เอ้ย" ผมค่อนข้างได้ ยินคนเวียตบ่นบ่อยมากมาก เวลามีเรื่องที่เกิดขึ้นอย่างคาดไม่ถึง เป็น หรือ จะแปลว่า "ซวย แล้ว ตู" "ไม่น่า เลย" หรือ"อะ -ไร ฟ่ะ" อย่างเวลา เจอตำรวจตรวจใบขับขี่งี้ อย่างผมค่อนข้างชอบขับรถกินลมบ่อยๆ แถวเขตหนึ่งโฮจิมินห์บ่อยๆ ช่วงที่อยู่ที่นั่น จุดตรวจที่นั่นผมไม่ได้เห็นว่ามีการตั้งป้ายหยุดตรวจกันหรอก บางจุดค่อนข้างลับตา พอจะบอกเป็นแนวทางได้ หลักๆก็ แถว บริเวณวงเวียนตีนสะพานเดียนเบียนฟู(=เก่า เดี่ยน เบียน ฟู๋) ตรงนี้เป็นวันเวย์บางคนย้อนศรก็โดนครับ แต่ที่ตำรวจจราจรตั้งด่านเห็นบ่อยๆก็บริเวณเส้นทางหัวโค้งถนนโตง ดึ้ก ทั้ง (แถวแยกไป ผับนัมเบอร์วัน ถนนเล ทั้น โตง) เพราะตรงนั้นค่อนข้างมืดหลบมุมดี ผมเจอทีไรต้องหลบเข้าถนนโงว ฟวัง นำ ทุกที(ถ้ามาช่วงกลางวัน ก็ลองแวะตัดผมได้ไม่ไกลโรงแรมRegend เป็น Footpath Hair cut) ส่วนที่อื่นๆก็ตามวงเวียนต่างๆโดยมากจะตรวจทุกต้นเดือนเหมือนบ้านเรา ถ้าออกนอกเมืองก็เตรียมสวมหมวกกันน๊อกหรือหมวกเซฟตี้ก่อสร้างก็ได้ ถ้าไม่มีเขาจะมีจุดให้เช่า ราคา 50.000 ด่อง หรือ เตรียมเงิน 100.000 ด่อง จ่ายค่าปรับกันเอง ฮ่า...โดยมากคนเวียตบ้านนอกจะโดนบ่อย สังเกตไม่ยาก ลองดูที่ป้ายทะเบียน อย่างในเขต อย่างในเมืองแถวแรกของป้ายที่เห็นจะเป็นเลข 51-,52-,53- เวลากลับบ้านช่วงตรุษก็ขนกลับไปบ้านด้วย หลังตรุษก็ขนกลับมาเก็บค่าขนส่งเท่ากับเดินทางหนึ่งคน(แพงครับ แต่จำเป็น) ส่วนรถยนต์ก็เช่นเดียวกัน นอกเหนือจากติดป้ายทะเบียนแล้ว ยังต้องติดป้ายสติ๊กเกอร์เลขทะเบียนรถไว้ที่ด้านข้างรถด้วยทั้งสองฝั่ง เพราะเอาไว้ป้องกันการก่ออาชญากรรม หรือชนคนแล้วหนี ตามจับจะได้ง่าย(แค่ขับในเมืองคงหนียากเพราะรถติด) ส่วนรถมอไซต์ที่ผมใช้ ป้ายมันปลอมจากขนส่งครับ วิธีการสังเกตว่าปลอมหรือไม่ให้ดูที่ ลายปั๊มนูนของขนส่งเวียตนามวงขนาดเท่าเหรียญบาทไทย เสียดายไม่ได้ถ่ายรูปไว้ เพราะถ้าโดนตรวจก็หลายกระทงครับ ฮ่า...ป้ายก็ขาวดำเหมือนบ้านเรา แต่รถยนต์ก็มีต่างกันบ้าง สีอะไร และการนั่งแท๊กซี่ที่ต้องระวังอะไรบ้าง เป็นอย่างไรคงมาต่อกันคราวต่อไปครับ เพื่อนเวียตผมคนหนึ่งมีแนะนำอย่างไม่เชื่อก็อย่าลบหลู่ว่า ถึงแม้ว่าทุกคนจะขับขี่อย่างถูกกฎจราจร ยังไงก็ต้องโดนจับปรับปีนึงก็อย่างน้อยสองสามครั้ง อันนี้ยืนยันได้ เพราะเพื่อนเวียตคนนี้ขี่รถมอไซต์จนเข้านอน ICU มาแล้ว จริงจริง ฮ่า...
